Cam chain

I now need to replace my cam chains as there very rattly, the tensioners are done so I know there fine.

I need to know where to get new timing chains from as I cant find any through google.

Is there anything else I should change whilst im in the engine?

valve clearances... may need some shims.

Not cheap though...
