I Just recently bought a k6 56 ok not most popular colour(euclase) and totally standard with 6500 miles for 2250.Prices seem quite depressed at the moment.

Prices may be depressed in some areas, yet Midland SBK are selling a near identical model for £3500!

The price is what I have been offered in PX - I have no problem with the dealer taking it, but they will put their own markup on before selling it on so somebody could save a bit of cash (if they like the bike and agree with the valuation ;))

They are also trying to sell an 02 gsxr with 30k on it for 4 grand, it doesnt mean they will get it ;)

donr thing you will get anywhere near that in a private sale all k3's i looked at were priced around the 2k mark. If dealer offering 2650 i would be picking fingers out from between my teeth.

It is, and the dealer will probably put a margin on it before they sell it (Dealer SV prices are fairly high in Manchester - way higher than Parkers) but if nobody wants it then the dealer can take their chance.
