MOT question

Right so lets say I took off the rear brake disc, pedal, m/c and resevoir so in effect leave nothing but the caliper bracket would it fail the MOT for not having a rear brake?

http://www.ukmot.com/bike_index.asp

Motor bicycles first registered before I January 1927. must have a braking system which works on at least one wheel.

Motor bicycles registered on or after 1 January 1927, must have an efficient braking system with two means of operation or two braking systems with separate means of operation

Re: MOT question

but you could set up the rear peddel to work one side of the frond disks. at huge risk and still pass your mot?

why anyway dirty dog?

Re: MOT question

Rear brake on the Raptor is pretty useless so thought I could save some hassle and just take it all off
