Self-Service.
Hi Peeps,
Going to carry out a service and have a general poke about on Saturday. Could someone tell me the torque settings for the spark plugs please, didn't have the owners manual and not going to have time to pick up a Haynes. Also, Mobil 1 10w40 Oil will be OK to use won't it? or is there a difference between Car engine and Bike engine oil, wouldn't have thought so personally, but I'm more than happy to be put right. And if anyone can point me in the direction of a manual i can download would be pretty cool Regards Rob. |

Alternatively got to www.thepiratebay.org and search there. |

Re: Self-Service,
Car oil will ruin your clutch, it contains friction inhibitors which dont like wet clutches!
(cars have dry clutches, bike clutches are wet, lubed by engine oil) |
