Hi all
thought id say hello, im also looking at doing my DAS test next month and getting an SV650. Great forum here.
What kind of things should i look out for when getting a sv? |
Re: Hi all
Welcome to the org.
Definately look out for one that has a pointy front end... curves should be left to where they look best... on the ladies. |
Re: Hi all
ph dear you started the cuvvry vs pointy debate on you first reply
i've had both, so i'm a sellout to one camp and a latecomer to the toher camp. And none of them rrespect my opinion on which is best anyway. Even tho i should know cos i've had both, pffft. err seeing as he ^ didnt say it, welcome to the mudhorse....erm....i mean madhouse. |
Re: Hi all
Greetings, just down the road from me there, do you currently ride (125 I'd guess?)
anyway, if so (or not) make your way to Soho (details at the top of that section) and talk to the guys there. Cheers Mark. |
Re: Hi all
hi all, thanks for the welcomes. i dont ride currently, being 27 im a late starter lol
I was thinking of getting something like a 250 but then saw the SV and spoke to couple of people about them being an ok first bike if you dont go crazy. |
Re: Hi all
welcome, with a name like yours you'll fit in just nicely. so welcome to the madhouse.
the sv650 is a great bike and deserves a better title than 'first bike' status. |
Re: Hi all
;) you dont want an SV, you want something more.... Bombardier??!
