Ideas for reasonable distance commuter bike
I'm looking for a placement for my apprenticeship at the minute and a few days ago I was told that there was one possibly but its not exactly close and not something I could do on my bike every day comfortably so I'm thinking of purchasing an old ST1100 as I don't have my cage test passed yet either. Good idea? or is there something that would be as good with decent weather protection, decent sized panniers shaft driven etc?

Re: Should I??
Honda Deauville ( sp ) would fit your bill perfectly I would have thought.
A few peeps on here have them, probably not the most inspiring bike, but you should be able to find one cheap enough. ( I've given your thread a more descriptive title and moved it to bike talk as its more relevant in that section and you'll get more sensible answers than you will in IB ) |
