RANT dont use Laskys for electrical stuff
 

I ordered monday a £500 washing machine..

sold to me on the basis of Guaranteed Thurday delivery

called me tuesday to say it moving to Friday .. me not happy but agreed.

Wed I was told it would be Saturday i said no way - complained to supervisor and friday was re instated and assured.

Today- waiitng in- I called the delivery number- they said its scheduled for Saturday!

called them e mailed them . they are diabolical.. customer service awful, systems diabolical. empathy none existent

Might be cheaper than elsewhere but now I see why- Avoid them at all costs. it will cost you wasted days of work and stress.

LASKYS = crap . avoid

I'm having a bad day as well quiff, I went to sainsburys this morning and they didn't have any Alpen! WHAT KIND OF SHOP DOESN'T HAVE ALPEN?!

On the other hand I have had very good service from Laskys.

Very promt, cheap, and delivered when scheduled.

To be fair Quiff they did let you know! But I do agree they shouldnt promise things they cant deliver. Its hard to say what might have caused a delay though?

Still, you have a rite to be a little upset. just take a step back, and relax. Stress kills. :(
