Anyone at the whipping Stocks tonight?
 

Went up the Whipping Stocks annual meet at Over Peover tonight, was HUGE, not what i expected. Saw a fair few SV's up there - anyone off here?

Lots of exotic machinery on show, will have to remember it for next year.

Yeah, its a bit of an obscure event, it isn't advertised anywhere and i wouldn't have known about about if my dad hadn't mentioned it earlier in the week.

Nearly didn't bother as i thought it'd be a couple of old blokes with a Vincent in a pub car park but sent my old man a text to see if he was going up and he said he was there already and it was heaving, so i thought what the feck, i'll have a scoot up.

Good mix from old Nortons and speedway bikes up to F4's and a big Lambretta crew in full mod uniform. Nice!
