Busted shoulder
 

:( I have tendon damage in my left shoulder and I am being made to go onto light duties at work.....:smt100


It's mega sore, and the Dr was gonna stick a big needle into my shoulder to give me a steriod injection and I said "hmmm, maybe we can try other avenues such as NSAIDs and rest first?" and she said "OK." Phew, that really was a close call. Although, if shoulder isn't better in two weeks I am getting the needle....:smt089


Totally Sucks.

oh dear, i had inflamled tendon in my foot, and not been able to run for a bit, but i think its ok now
