Someone on here does work with James May, but not specifically on Top Gear!

Maybe James learnt it from him/her and it came up in casual conversation with Jeremey who decided to use it?! ;)

Just got to 45 minutes. Whilst doing the cool wall Clarkson says

"you are mistaking this for a democracy, it's not, it's a dictatorship"....

They have definitely been on the org! ;)
