Well, we couldn't have chosen a better day weatherwise. Oakdene cafe was still rammed at 10, but as there were around 45 Dukes parked up it was hardly surprising.

At GPG the Ferrari people had sorted us our own parking area together with free scoff. Eventually about 70 Dukes made it including several old Hailwood reps and bevel drive types. Best looking bike IMO was a cafe racer style bike based on a Paul Smart. In fact we outdid the Ferrari turnout and have been invited back for next year. We certainly got lots ot attention with several of us letting kids climb on for photos.

As we were in no rush,we stayed on to watch the mass ballon launch, which was highly impressive. Could have stayed there all night TBH as it was such a lovely place.

so funny i saw a load of hot air balloons over near the woodmad near river head yesterday would that of been them !!!! stunning view !!!

I was driving up to brands about 9ish just gone past the cafe and it looked dead further up the road i saw about 6 or 7 citreon 2cvs all following each other, quite comical i thought, and it was a nice day as well, so nice, im paying the price now in pain! :(
