braided brake hoses
 

hey guys poss silly question :rolleyes:i just got some braided hoses for my curvy :smt026 what happens on the front when it come from caliper then through a holde,r when i had the rubber hoses they were padded out abit at the holder bit, but the braied ones arent am i meant to use these holder things ( lol i dont know what else to call them ) or should the braided hoses have a rubber bit on them to fit it

hello buddy the part you are talking about is it where the bolt goes through it

if u follow the hose from the caliper up to just under the nose its like a guide for the cable

the hoses you have it three parts one from master the other two to the calippers from a splitter in the center so it looks like an upsidedown Y

yeah where it splits then down to the caliper the is a guide bit that holds the cable in place just at fender do i still use them with the braided hoses
