Ran out of petrol...

Right outside a petrol station :D

Supposed to be an 18L tank... only got 17L in... weird

Or maybe the petrol station pumps are out, they are checked by a 'local' authority team, but it is possible that they are over reading. Means you got more for you money then, so I'd be happy about that.

I assume you fill up sitting on the bike and give it a wiggle as you go to expel any trapped air?
