Phone Saltire and Cupar, tell them the mods you have made, and get quotes for what they want to do to sort it out, if there is much variation then up to you what to do, but they WILL have the right kit to sort your bike out, I got a quote of about £50 (I think) for them to do what they could on my Z750. Dont rule the Dealers out. |
Re: power commander wanted
thats no to bad then, i will change the above statement to 'i dont trust CAR dealers'

Re: power commander wanted
even with a Power Commander, you'll still need to set it up properly on a dyno.

Re: power commander wanted
Expensive bit of kit but for fine tuning they are miles better than a stock ECU remap. But for a roadbike do you really need it??
Peoples opinions are biassed. If they have spoken to a dynojet dealer they will tell you that you need it, if they have spoken to a dynopro dealer they will tell you that you dont for obvious reasons. I have run one faultlessley for 2 seasons and my teammate has tried both ways. Prefers the PC3 USB. Save your money for a roadbike, get the dyno time and spend the rest on a trackday! |
Re: power commander wanted
just hate it as i can tune the cars by plugging in box and make it faster or slower is all
