Bored and Injured
 

Ok, it's my first rest day of four and it is a Saturday and I am bored!

The sun is shining but I can't go out on the bike as I'm not allowed due to the torn muscle and nerve damage I have in my shoulder. All my friends are out on the drink but again, I'm not allowed with my painkillers. So I am majorly bored.

Yes don't take the pain killers then you can drink, or take them and don't drink and go out anyway.

Yes being injured sucks, but thats the way it is the past month and coming ones for me, won't be exactly fun but thats just way it is.

Lol, thanks, I have too much codeine in my system so even if I didn't take them, I still can't drink for a couple of days! I would go out but they have all been out sice lunchtime so it would be very very very silly talk if I went out now!!!

I was out on my bike today for a few hours. Was very enjoyable and satisfying
