New fork seals for GSXR K3 required

OK, so I need one new fork seal for my GSXR 750 Y-K3 front end.

So first Qu. does that mean I need a pair? :(
What do I need to get? (yes seal(s)) but fork oil as well? Where from? Wemoto?
how to do it? or would anyone like to help? 8-[

I would fit the pair. Most of the work is in taking it to bits anyway!

I would also go for suzuki fork seals.
