and tho and behold its all bikers fault isnt it i wonder how many of those accidents were caused by cars and lorries but the biker came of the cropper
more proof why i soon will pay no attention to speed signs anymore its turning the roads into a farse, well your slowing down a,b,and c roads so are you uping the safest roads "motorways" speed limit i think not

Right, so lowering the speed limit, in an area that many 'sensible' drivers (and riders) see that limit as optional already, will achieve what exactly?

Enforcement imcome may rise, but people will quickly learn where the speed traps are commonly found.

I seen on a program, might have been "How do they do it?", that to stop all fatal crashes we would all have to drive at about 20mph.
