i've managed to walk down the stairs, cook a full English and walk back up.

:( i have just had my cast taken off and a brace put on with 10 Degrees of play so i can bend my knee a little bit and when im walking with my crutches i can feel my knee bone rubbing agains the metal wire they have popted in there .
Arrhhhhhh .... .i just want to walk again .
