we did some of those "studio flats" in Teddington and Richmond in 2003-4 they were going for 250k back in the height of the housing boom.
They were so small that to fit the kitchen, you had to cut the top outside and carry it in.
Same layout to the one listed.

I'd rather commute than pay for something like that.
