ohhh nooooooooooo not this one again!!

I have so many times now clicked on youtube links that I could have lived my whole life without EVER wanting to see, this one is one of those.

The ones that really get to me are the ones when someone has obviously and quite seriously been hurt. Instead of picking up their phone to dial 999 they pick up the video recorder instead, or continue to film their "friend" in desperate trouble!
