Carbon Neutral Dog!
 

So.....we're having to have the dogs in with us at night at the moment. Not going great as we're being woken up a few times a night by a dog dreaming or waking up and wanting to play (Hollie).

Now, Saturday night, Dan and I got into bed, Dan had Squirrel up for a cuddle and I had STig up for a cuddle. Saffie lay next to Dan, Hollie lay next to me. Quite normal and the dogs love it because they're not usually allowed in the bedrooms.

Hollie wants to play...all the time. She is slightly brain damaged and is the most neurotic dog in the world as some people on this forum will know! She doesn't like to go to sleep though, preferring to pant in your face!

So...as she was panting in my face, I said to Dan that she is an enemy to both animals and plants. She can suffocate animals by being nearby, sucking up all the oxygen and panting Carbon Dioxide into your lungs. Also, she is an enemy to plants because by panting out Carbon dioxide into other animals and humans, she is starving the plants of that CO2.

So, Stretchie said, "we have a carbon neutral dog". She gives and takes equal amounts of Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide.

Anyone else have amazing animals.....Hollie is one if a kind. Do you reckon we could get a tax break on her???

my dog is like my children - selective hearing. he only wants to hear the good things like walks and treats and the rsst of the time just completely ignores me.

Miya is scared of her own bark. If someone knocks on the door she barks then runs to her bed, then back to the door to bark again. Its even funnier now we have hard wood flooring in the hallway she's like a giant dog shaped air hockey puck just bouncing off things.

:smt046 Yep, we ahve hardwood floors too. Four dogs and hardwood floors means many laughs at their expense!!!

We have two dogs, a GS Labradoor cross & a Trailhound, Jack the Trailhound burns holes in the ozone layer every time he breaks wind, it really is soooo bad but really funny too & has everyone running for their lives.
