CHEWYS RIDE PART 4
Not been on here for a while and not sure how to up any pics so I put them on Photo bucket http://i77.photobucket.com/albums/j5.../swingarm2.jpg http://i77.photobucket.com/albums/j5...wingarm009.jpg http://i77.photobucket.com/albums/j5...wingarm010.jpg http://i77.photobucket.com/albums/j5...wingarm005.jpg http://i77.photobucket.com/albums/j5...wingarm011.jpg http://i77.photobucket.com/albums/j5...g?t=1253802533 Its taken me a while to get back on the road after a low side crash on the Nurburgring Germany last year that seemed to damage everything possible on the bike and an expensive divorce. I sourced a few parts on ebay and gave it a repaint fitted an SV1000s swing arm that I had braced over the top with a TLR caliper slung under. I polished and fitted various other bits and a new set of forks and front wheel. I did want a GSXR front end but I am now on a limited budget for the next year, so it will have to wait. Everything powder coated Just need to pull the engine casings in the winter and get the large oil window fitted to show off the clutch and powder coat them gloss black. I have a full set of lowers fitted and if the mood takes me a black belly pan for the more naked look. The photos on my site are out of date and will update ASAP http://chewys-stuff.co.uk/ Edit.. thought I'd edit it for better images... Richie |
