SV1000 - Standard Factory Settings

I searched the forum and couldn't find an answer to this question. So I'm asking it now.

I've just picked up a standard SV1000 N - I'd like to set it to the original factory suspension settings and then start tweaking from there.

Does anyone have these settings ? Or can anyone suggest settings for an 11stone rider ?

front
pre-load 6 rings down from the top.
rebound - 1 turn out from stiffest
Compression - 1 turn out from stiffest

Rear
Spring length 199.5mm
rebound 3/4 turn out from stiffest
Compression 2 1/4 turns out from stiffest

Press and hold reset button will ball point pen or similar for ten seconds.
