B1H shock setup

Picked up the shock Skov sent me earlier, cleaned it up now and dialled the compression/rebound adjusters to their centre positions.

Could anyone of similar weight recommend a starting point for comp/rebound settings for a 12.5st (inc. kit) rider? (Other than start in the centre and try lots of things? ;))

Remember rebound affects both sides.

I start with rebound with compression fair soft then work on compression.
