Spare A Thought
 

When my dad goes to work, he always comes home.

For those in the armed forces, it could be that when they "go to work" they might not come home.

I'm very lucky, but the thought that others may loose their fathers, their brothers, their boyfriends, husbands, best biking buddies, makes me feel very sad.

Likewise, for the women in the forces too.

id also put to that , concider those coming home ,physical and mentally a mate of mine has been really affected by it all.and should not be forgotten
