Stuck bolt with a difference.....

Pretty much trying to get this bolt off:

In case you don't know its an exhaust mount (but this makes no difference to my problem).

Anyway it is not seized as its rotating however it seems as though the thread has gone at some point as it is refusing to retract from where it is. I honestly have no idea how to tackle this as the rear of the bolt is in assessible due to the exhaust.

Please help as my bike is in bits and i really need/want to get it back together asap.

Cheers,
Ash.

Is it coming from the rear cylinder?

Re: Stuck bolt with a difference.....

The bolt is under the engine but the pipe its holding does indeed go up to the rear cylinder.

Ah, we had trouble gettingthe bit higher up coming out of the rear cylinder off when taking Squirrel_hunters engine out.

Dremel did the job

I've had some success getting a blade or screwdriver under the edge and prising whilst turning with a normal ratchet. But this was only cos I didn't have any mole grips to hand.
