Curvy vs Pointy

Okay Fellow SVers

So Curvy is back on the road after the blowing fuses problem. And I was able to ride her again, after my new pointy. First verdicts:

I prefer the curvy riding position - more 'sporty'.

While I DO like the pointy, she seems a little more 'sensible' if that's the right word, or maybe more 'neutral' than the curvy.

Curvy seems closer to road and noisier (though I don't have a modified can).

Prefer pointy's front suspension (no silly slapping noises).

Pointy looks the business, but I still love my curvy in black!!

Cheers

Tony from cooler Burnley :p

I thought the positioning on my pointy was far more "sports" than my curvy.

Having seen a pointy 'S' & curvy 'S' side be side on Sat it looks like the pointy bars are about 3/4" higher. Anybody confirm?

I do prefer the curvy to my mates old pointy, he for some reason liked the pointy until he crashed it
