Forum nicknames
I have been wracking my brains trying to find where the thread about forum names has gone.
I'm curious to know how Hovis got his. |

We got told last night that Hovis came about after he moved down to South Wales and an advert out at the time for Hovis (the bread :-P) had somebody with a Yorkshire accent like his original Bradfordonian one :-) Correct me if I'm wrong though!

Basically mate, he is Yorkshirese. That's right, he's not ACTUALLY a Weslh boy
Hovis moved to Wales as a lad and had a thick Yorkshire accent, he sounded like the lad from the Hovis advert. The accent went but the name remained Wikipedia has nothin on me son ; ) |
