new bits

Just spent the day fitting hagon springs and oil, braid brake lines new pads front ,gsxr 1000 rear shock to my pointy.Only thing is had to cut more of the battery box than i would have liked.so now can some recommend a good battery witch is smaller than the brick in it now.Hope the rear shock is worth all the trouble that is it to fit the thing.

Depending on how it was cut and what the space is, try a YT12B-BS - it's slimmer than the standard battery.

make sure the amphours is the same on the slimmer battery a v-twin is heavy to throw over and will drain a little battery quicker than the big brick you have atm

The stock YTX12-BS and the slimmer YT12B-BS batteries are 12v / 10Ah units. The Varta units have identical specifications, just the size is different.
