I'm in bloody agony

Because I have dislocated my right shoulder after barging into a door frame when I was half asleep this morning.

I've been to A+E and had it popped back in properly, because apparently riding my bike this afternoon while the shoulder was semi-dislocated wasn't the best idea I've ever had

It was very early morning and I was desperate for the loo, and I was only half awake as I barrelled through our house with no specs on - I hit it pretty hard cos I was almost at jogging pace. How I made it as far as the door frame I hit without keeling over is anyone's guess
