Hovis's Funeral-Soho Massive car share / meet up.

The funeral is on the 21st October at midday.

This is about a 3 hour journey from Central London, so I would propose meeting at The Ace from 7am, with us leaving at 8am.

This should give plenty of time to get there including a fuel stop and ONE meet up stop on the M4 for anyone that wants to meet west of London, that stop to still be decided.

Please only vote if you will be coming, no debates on the rights or wrongs of attendance.

If you Vote for meeting on the M4, please specify a preference of where. In the event of multiple suggestions, a consensus will need to be reached.

Thanks

David

Ah nice on SK, was gonna post this myself.

I'll book the day off tomorrow with work but i know i can have it so count me in.

Unless someone local can also get a day off and wants to let me in their car then i'll be on the bike at the Ace for 7am.

David, following on from our conversation in Soho last night, I've checked The Ace's opening times... and they open at 7am. My apologies - I didn't realise that they opened so early.

However, I doubt I'll be there as early as 7am, but it's handy to know we can have a cup of tea etc before we leave at 8am.

I take it that we're planning to meet with other Orgers at the M4 Jcn 32 meeting place?

The current plan is to leave the Ace at 8.

Speedplay* has requested the M4 stop be at J15 Services, so anyone who wants to meet up there, be there for 9 for a 9:30 departure.

Then its a straight run to J32 and the big meet up.

I realise that the timings are probably VERY generous, but they seem sensible considering the weather forcast.

If anyone who is coming doesn't have my mobile number, please PM me for it.

*Speedplay is still not sure about being able to get off work, but we will go with this anyway as no-one else requested another M4 meet point.
