To be honest the old one looked brighter earlier .... sorry :(

Do you want the Woozle to treat you to some better ones? So you not wasting ya money on cr@p

ROFL Argggh get ya ! :smt043 Jct 11 to 14 will suffice

Has anyone had these bulbs? Should these not look that blue colour or is that another type, HID?

On their own a good halogen bulb looks quite white, but compared to real HIDs they're actually quite yellow:

My old SV, HID on right Phillips Xtrme on left, and the Phillips was brighter than stock...
