2001 SV650 Care Racer - Possible Sale
 

Just testing the water really. Would anyone be interesting in my 2001 Cafe Racer style SV?

I've owned this bike for 7 years, and done all of the required work on it myself. It would come with a full MOT, 6 months tax and a new rear tyre. It's done 26,000 miles and never needed anything other then the usual consumables. Brake pad and chain have all been replaced just a couple of thousand miles ago.

Since I'm an honest chap I'll let you know now I bought it as a Cat C write off in 2002. I put new fork tubes, front wheel and a few other bit's and bobs on it. It was a S but the fairing was never replaced as this is what I wanted the bike to look like. This bike is totally straight and has Ohlins front springs, heavier fork oil, raised rear and handles brilliantly.

I'm looking for about £1300 for it.

I knew I'd forget something really important. Scottish Borders, Near Kelso. So probably about 350 miles from you....
