Doctor Who's worst companions
 

I was watching a few Tom Baker episodes over the weekend and I got to thinking that there have been some shockingly bad actors/actresses or maybe just badly thought out characters as his *ahem* companions....

There's a few that spring to mind. I'm voting for Adric - I would have gone with the Langford but she was upstaged by an even worse doctor.

Who was the other companion to Sylvester McCoy? She came from some kiddie's program and was pretty damn awful, even with her penchant for blowing things up. Was her name Ace?

Anyone going to admit to being a bit upset when Adric died?

I need a double vote here - Ace was just annoying and Peri was a waste of space dressed up (down?) with revealing outfits to make more dads watch. Hang on, make that a triple vote - Sarah-Jane Smith could not act for toffee!!

My dear wife is a real fan of the time lord and has so many videos and dvds they have their own bookcase! We've just got back from a fun trip to Blackpool to see the illuminations and we were of course dragged intot he exhibition on the seafront...

How do you expect us to choose between Bonnie Langford, K-9 and Catherine Tate? They're all awful. This should have been a multiple-choice poll.
