urgent ebay help required

ok as some of you are aware i've had trouble with ebay lately, i had a previous thread.

Well to cut a long story short i ended up paying for fees i never created.

ebay still havent re-instated my account and are now on the phone

Ebay are now on the phone telling me that they want me to make them a 1 time payment of £6.43 to re-instate my account .

apparently They are charges for october -november invoices. I am refusing to pay because they are charges that have been created during a period where my account has been blocked.

There is no possible way that i could have created these charges!

What should I do? They are trying to rob me!

tell them to bugger off and if you still want to use ebay, open a new account.

Ebay or your bank account? If its the latter get onto the fraud dept ASAP

If your EBAY account is locked then nothing should be going through that

that is what I am saying to them how could I possibly have run up charges when the account is blocked and they cant seem to grasp that!

All he keeps saying is we can resolve this by me paying the £6.43 and then they will send me the vouchers.

I'm not going to do it no way!

I had 3 direct debits go out of my account months back that said ebay on them, they were all fraud! I dont know what the situation was but the bank did get the money back eventually

What details are they trying to get, for them to give you the vouchers.

Sounds like phishing to me. Does he sound foriegn?
