Only supermods but it has been decided no more will be changed as too many have been already.
Its was originally just for mods to be able to put something mod-ish in there....like i have in mine. :)

Thats modism at its very extreme and denotes a very hierarchical structure to the org :rolleyes: Personally I feel a far more participative style would empower the org members thus making us feel motivated and valued.

PS: Can you tell i`m currently writing an assignment on leadership :p
