Contemplating whether I should buy a new compact camera.

Currently have a Sony DSC-T30 which has served me well for the £30 I got it for from an auction :)

Has 7.2MP resolution, 3" screen, 3x optical and 6x digital zoom.

Now I've been looking at the various alternatives for a max price of £200 and apart from the increase in MP as I would go for something more than 10MP is there anything else that would sway me in spending the hard earned?
