Earplugs for every ride further than the local tesco (1 mile).

Earplugs every ride, after all, it's not pleasant being deaf.

headphones and my mp3 player, got headphones designed to go in the helmet aswell as normal headphones push in my ears as my helmet is quite snugg.

I use earplugs and if its a long boring journey, ear plugs with ear phones too.
As said before, its no fun being deaf (I'm partially deaf already so should know). Long term wind frequency noise causes permanent damage and deafness. ALWAYS PROTECT YOUR HEARING!* *Shouted for the deaf!! |
