Adjustable clutch lever

Anyone changed the stock lever to an adjustable? I know they're a bit pricy, but I think my left arm needs something a little easier, with a shorter reach for the fingers. If I don't fix something soon, I can see myself getting a recurrence of the tennis elbow that took me off the roads for a couple of months in the spring.

I've seen offerings from CRG, Pazzo and ASV. Anyone used them? Anything you'd like to tell me about your experiences?

there is a rumour that a clutch lever from a kawasaki GPZ500 fits and they have a span adjuster, that should be a cheap fix

I believe its not just the lever but the perch you need as well.

I've been looking at these; everyone who uses them raves, smooth, easy, etc., but pricy as you say. Better to spend the money than give biking away with all the attendant losses. (IMHO)

I've recently got a pair of CRG's on my bike. They are brilliant. They do make a difference and look lovely to boot.

I got the shorties, but if I was to buy again I would get the long ones. They don't look as good, but I think the extra length/leverage would make a good product even better.

I'm pretty sure PBx put a GPZ lever on and it didn't need the perch.

I'll ask him if I remember or just drop him a PM.

The perch and lever of the ZZR600 Also would fit.

Leave a little slack in the cable, it does the same as an adjustable lever and doesn't require changing anything, importantly it's also much cheaper :D.

And read this thread.

+1 ;) have a bit more 'recomended' slack in mine for the very reason. Then i took a hacksaw to them and whamo, instant cheapo fancy shorties

Been there, done that on a previous bike. Lever tends to rattle around like a silly thing when you're going quick.
