Two more daft questions..

1: What is the name of those springy squeezey clips used to hold pipes in place, like the fuel pipe etc?

Tried fuel clips, pipe clips, hose clips, O clips, spring clips, I'm just missing the right words to ebay.

2: Supermarket flogged off some nice 1 litre aluminium water bottles, for pushbikes. I'd like to decant parrafin into them for workshop use, nice size and good twist stopper on the top. Any reason why not, nothing nasty going to happen?

Ta muchly O wise orgers

Banjo clips / clamps hose clips / clamps come up with jubilee clips all the time.

Just want those little springy wire things that you squeeze with your thumb and finger to release

Circlips?

Oh, and we've kept Pro FST in an ally bottle with no ill effects so I imagine paraffin would be fine.

The bottle should be OK as long as it seals correctly, if it doesn't it can be a fire hazard as it is not the Kerosene that is flammable but the vapour that it gives off
