I'm selling a Sony DSC-T30 for £80 but will take less. It's a 7.2MP with a 3" screen.

Have a squint at Steve's digicams in the Best Cameras section.
Plenty to chose from these days with very respectable performance. Canon A480 gets a good review. I have an old Canon Ixus which I've always been happy with, I like the point&shoot balance that Canon select, pleasing colours etc. |

Re: cheap digital camera
One thing to bear in mind is whether you prefer a wider angle lens for landscape shots etc.
A lot of compact camera zooms start at 35 equivalent (say 35-105 zoom) whereas there are getting more compact digi-cameras now with a much wider starting point of 28 or so. Just a consideration, that's the only mild annoyance I have with my camera (35 at the wide end). |
