Oooops. Is it completely smashed? I have dropped a phone from a first floor window onto paving stones and it's been ok when put back together and I once dropped a phone down a toilet, didn't know, had a wee, flushed and went home. Had to go back next day (60 mile round trip) and found it still in the loo. Took it apart, stuck it on top of the boiler for the day and hey presto....worked fine!

Cool. Make sure you don't come off the bike in the meantime. When Stretchie came off last year, he smashed the screen of his phone and couldn't remember our home number...he still can't. I had to wait 4 hours to find out because he had to get Saxo to call another mate who emailed me to let me know!!! Oh well....lol

Ha.....I've dropped every single mobile I've ever had down a loo, but that's the only time I didn't realise before actually using the loo...lol. They've all been fine and after dropping my shiney new LG Chocolate down the loo in the first week of having it, I no longer keep phones in my back pocket!

i dont get this phone thing. what is it about having the latest mobile phone? i get funny looks when i go shopping for a phone (as i tend to drop them or throw them at things) as i always ask the shop assistant what's your cheepest phone and before you ask no i dont need a bloooody camera or web access or any crap like that i just want it to phone people although my latest phone has bluetooth which is great as i was getting RSI in my arm. its the sales patter, ooohhh you must have this and you'll be needing that sir, ppppssss offfff if it wasn't that i need a mobile i would not have one as i can remember the good old days when you actually went to visit someone to have a conversation.

I've had a phone jump out of a pocket at ~30 mph, once I found all the bits and put it back together it worked a treat. :-)
