Its not suzuki but god is it brilliant and alot cheaper
Worth a try. i paid £170 overall i think for a brand new one.

2 problems....fillet cap extention bit is wider thicker so in my opionion x10 better, so the corner of my rad cover had to bend about 1 cm
and the fitting for on the the bolts for the fan was ever so slightly out so had to spend 1min with a file to sort it.
So really nothing wrong with it at all.
The guys who run the place are lovely one of them has an sv so extra friendly.


Also just a tip
i had my old rad repaired (£190) for a new core and what not a few months later it leeked like a siv. so save yourself hassle and get a new one.

That looks great but arnt the Naked and faired diffrent ? and its SV1000 ... will this fit ?
I will give them a ring and see what they say ...
can anyone advise on this ?

^ sv1000 wont fit apparently :/ radiators are very rare

Just one thing, though. If you got your old rad re-cored, didn't the company that did it give you a guarantee? We give a 1 year guarantee on all our bike rad re-cores so I'd see if you can get it repaired free.

Also to answer the original question, we have K5 SV650 radiators in stock new (ebay no 300378301305.)

Call us and mention SV650 forum and I'll knock off 20% !!!!!!

BTW we've just got some wicked anodised blue or red filler caps in (literally on Thursday!)
I'll post some pictures when I've taken them next week.
