Difference between a naked and faired SV?

Hi,

Is there any difference in the frame or the forks between the naked and faired SV (K3 onwards)? I'm looking for an SV to turn into a trackbike and have found a cheep naked version but I'm not sure of the differences between the two other that the lights/handlebars/fairings.

Also do they have the same front subframe mounting points?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers

Will

At the same time if it is _just_ to be a track bike you can sell a complete frontend and get a GSXR frontend for the money, so a full uprated frontend for fsck all.

No use if you want to take it mini-twin racing though.
