Have a look at their site, as it shows where they mount on the Pointy http://www.motosliders.com/MS-1.html No sure, but you might get an Org discount there Read this recent thread http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.p...t=moto+sliders |
Re: R&G Crash Protectors.
Here you go, heres the EBAY site for motosliders. Only $69 so cheaper than R&G at £83
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/SV650...Q5fAccessories But here's blairs org page, drop him an email and he'll say if he gives discounts to orgers http://www.stromtrooper.com/showthread.php?t=9801 |
Re: R&G Crash Protectors.
I remember paying about £70 for my R&Gs at the NEC motorshow a couple of years ago, should be able to pick some up for around that price.
No idea what the motosliders are like personally! |

Yes they do work in a crash,,,,I've tested them ;-) google foo images http://i74.photobucket.com/albums/i2...Picture033.jpg not from my crash, but this is what they do(ooo just noticed its Northwinds bike ;-) ) http://www.extensivesnare.info/wordp...0978-small.jpg Not mine either, but I crashed on this side too, and got pretty much the same result. Got a cracked fairing instead of a completely mangled one, and the toe off the gear lever popped off, luckily I had a DavieSV fixer Peg so the bike was completely rideable again. |
Re: R&G Crash Protectors.
If you've got lowers, I hear that you need a bit of slicing to fit motosliders on.
