Now this is very techy, but I know there are other sad people like me who for whatever reason want/need to keep up to date with technology in the powertrain business.

For some years I've been receiving "Engine Technology" magazine, and one of the best around it is too, very good detail but readable (mostly).
I know it's not really bike related, and these days a huge amount of the content is emission/electric/materials etc, but it's a great insight into what the auto industry is about nowadays.

It's now available online as a viewer. Use the full screen option, and you can turn the pages, nearest thing to a proper magazine.
