Mobile Phone Handsfree Kit

Hey Guys!

I need a handsfree kit for on the motorbike. I have a Shoei Multitec Helmet and am after a handsfree kit for it for the iPhone.

Anyone got any recommendations?

I am also after a handsfree kit, two of them in fact, the idea being both me and the girlfriend have phones with free skype calls so can use these for pillion comms and bike to bike when she learns.

I would like to know if there are any good ones that dont need to be fitted to the actual helment.

Apologies to cbay for slightly hijacking this thread.

I've got the Blueant Interphone - not cheap but does the job. Dunno if my helmet is noisy but its virtually impossible to have a conversation at motorway speeds.

If you buy 2 they pair up for bike-to-bike or pillion chat, no need for phones - limited to about 500m though. Here they work pretty well - very clear.

erm - call me old school but I don't like taking calls in a car and would never on a bike, I find it hard enough to keep tabs on the cages without trying to deal with some muppet on the phone.

Yeah, dont do it.

Just put the phone on vibrate and deal with it when you next stop.

I need to be able to listen to radio and take the occasional call as I'm a Press Photographer so need to be in contact with people etc.

Music is one thing - full on WORK conversations are another.

It only takes a few mins to pull over and check your missed calls.

its not a full on work call, its a "Is it important?", "Yes", "Okay two mins whilst I pull over"
