Replacement Gear / Rear Brake Levers..?

Does anyone know of anyone who makes replacement gear shift levers and/or rear brake levers which fit OEM footrests?

Like fastdruid says MFW make them, I have one sitting in the garage to fit the SV. Not overly tarty as I got the silver coloured one but they come in blue, gold, red, etc

Not for the 2008 R1..!

Used them on the SV and I thought they were pretty good.
