Static wheel balancer?
 
any one tried these??

I have basically the same thing but on its own dedicated frame rather than a paddock stand.

Balancing your own wheels isnt difficult but unless you want to do it often then it may be easier just to get it done as part of the tyre fitting service at your local bike shop.

I fit my own tyres for racing so I balance wheels all the time in my own garage, For that its worth going to the trouble of buying the right tools.

cheers yer seen the the one like you have beeing used, i have just fitted new tyres to my bike and wanted to check the balancing as i think its just out

it is possible to get it near enough using a well greased wheel spindle on the bike

As per Flymo I fit and balance all my own tyres. Just a word of warning, once all your mates know you can do it expect to be busy....
