R&G crash bungs, best ever invention!
 

Well, it had to happen sooner or later. Had my first (pathetic) off this morning. Only a low speed incident, slipped on salt and ended up kissing the pavement. My first thought apart from "ouch" was "I hope my bike's ok!!"

There isn't a mark on it thanks to the crash bung,. The bung did bend, as did the gear lever, though both straighened out easily. I'm amazed as it did go down with a wallop! I keep looking at it in thinking I've missed some damage though there's nothing!

Haven't got crash bungs? Highly recommend you get some! Easily saved me a couple of hundred quid by saving fairings and paint work.

I too have some on the ZX but hoping never to have to try them out, had a crash on the SV a while ago and wish I had some on that.
